classic hotel, we truly enjoyed the affable staff and nicely decorated room. location: the venue was next to chimei museum as well as tainan. easily reached taco mayo, located at a medium distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The room was jaw-droppingly spacious and bright; kids adored the bunk beds! Separate walk-in shower and toilet, outstanding! Customer service was mind-blowing - manager traced a lost phone for us! Amazing ambiance, decoration, and delicious breakfast. Exceptional room size, top-notch maintenance, and cleanliness. Professional and super friendly staff! Brand new hotel with quality furnishings, close to a must-visit museum. Will definitely return. So bummed I missed out on the inviting pool and complimentary shuttle!

I really liked the twin room here—it offered great value, especially with breakfast included. the room came with an electric kettle, coffee and tea making supplies, and even a refrigerator, which was super handy. Plus, the airport is just half a mile away! ☕️.

The friendly staff and their great attitude really stood out. the rooms offered a good value, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight! 😊.

The room was so spacious and bright, it was a pleasure to stay in. My kids absolutely adored the bunk beds, which added an extra level of fun to our holiday. The walk-in shower and separate toilet were both roomy and comfortable, making it easy for our whole family to get ready in the mornings. the customer service was outstanding! One time, my husband left his phone in a taxi and we couldn't call it because it was on airplane mode. Thankfully, a staff member quickly retrieved the taxi driver's information through surveillance footage and helped us get the phone back. We're extremely grateful for their fantastic service!

Although our overall experience was great, there was one aspect that could be improved. The hotel's location was a bit far from the main attractions, so we had to spend some extra time and money on transportation.

When my husband accidentally left his phone in a taxi, the manager quickly went through their surveillance footage, located the taxi driver, and contacted him for us. We were incredibly grateful for his quick thinking and exceptional service. The hotel staff really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

We had a little mishap where my husband left his phone in the taxi, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They even used surveillance cameras to contact the taxi driver for us. We are so thankful for their quick thinking and fantastic service.

To be honest, I can't think of anything negative about this place. the whole experience was absolutely delightful.
